Super Junior to appear on “Strong Heart”, Leeteuk wants to pick up Boom after he is discharged from the army

Recently releasing their single “Mr. Simple” and making their comeback to music shows just last week, popular idol group Super Junior has already emerged victorious on Music Bank and M! Countdown.

On August 1, Park PD of variety show “Strong Heart” announced that all active members of Super Junior would make an appearance on the show. Although Super Junior’s Leeteuk, Shindong, and Eunhyuk are all regular guests on the program, it is a rare occurrence for the entire group to be present.

According to Park PD, since three of the Super Junior members are regulars on the show, the group will feel more comfortable. On the show, they will have a “talk battle” with Choi Minsoo, who will tell the members stories.

The episode was recorded on August 4, but the broadcast date has not yet been confirmed.

In other news, Super Junior’s Leeteuk has expressed the desire to see Boom after he is discharged from the army on August 22. Super Junior’s Leeteuk, Eunhyuk, and Shindong, still regulars on the show now, had been a part of Boom’s “Boom Academy” on “Strong Heart”. Back in 2009, when Boom had enlisted, Leeteuk and Eunhyuk had shed hot tears; Leeteuk had been placed in charge of the segment, which came to be known as “Teuk Academy”.

Leeteuk recently told reporters, “Boom hyung will be discharged, I can’t wait. I really want to pick him up.”

However, this plan may be difficult for Leeteuk to execute, as Super Junior has a schedule for the 22nd. An official from SM Entertainment has stated that it has been difficult to adjust the group members’ schedules in the past, so he does not know if Leeteuk can go to pick up Boom.

Regardless, Boom will be returning for his first “Strong Heart” recording in a long time on August 25.
